I always hesitated to post "Look at this" style of postings, but sometimes you gotta break your own rules. So i'm posting here my interesting links , and hopefully the almighty Google will index them and thus give these pages a more relevant ranking.

This spanish company offers Out-of-the-Box solutions for eLearning and videoconferencing based on Flash Comm and Breeze. The interesting part is that they also have a source-code license.

Novell Forge
Last month Novell released Novell Forge, which is basically a SourceForge clone, except it has loads of bandwidth ( SF is on it's limit ). If you're working on an Open Source project, you might want to consider Novell Forge instead.

Dave Hyatt on XUL
There is a lot of talk lately on a declaritive model for UI programming. There is XUL, there is XAML, there is MAXML, Laszlo LPS, SwiXML and so on. Dave Hyatt, who was an employee of Netscape and now works on the Safari browser at Apple, explains what XUL is on his blog. Btw, did you know Samuel Wan works for Microsoft? Let's hope he can explain us a bit more about the future of XAML ( because it scares me...if Longhorn ships we have an army of 50 million Microsoft Developers that will be able to create Rich Internet Apps ).

JGoodies
One of the powerfull features of Flex that Flash lackes is it's layout manager. The Jgoodies Forms Framework is an elegant layout manager for Java GUI applications based on Swing. There is a Webstart demo on the site too.

Hey i would even consider applying, i'm a longtime skateboarder too, if it wasn't for the fact that i live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and not in New York City. I'd love to work in another country some time... :)
